Does someone need to be present?

At InstaClean, we understand that our clients have different preferences when it comes to being present during their cleaning appointments. Whether you choose to be at the space or not is entirely up to you. When you schedule a cleaning appointment with us, we ask that you provide us with entry instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.

However, if you prefer to be present during the cleaning appointment, you are more than welcome to stick around. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable and at ease during the cleaning process.

To help you stay organized and informed about your appointments, we will send you reminders via email or text message. It is important to remember that if our cleaning professionals are unable to access the space due to incomplete or unclear entry instructions, or if you are not in office as scheduled, a lock-out fee may be charged to cover any inconvenience caused.


Is InstaClean Insured and Bonded?

Yes, InstaClean is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. We understand the importance of trust and respect when it comes to entering your business, and we take great care in providing professional and reliable cleaning services. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of when the appointment is completed either by email or phone.

Do you do green cleaning?

Yes, green cleaning is a free upgraded provided at your request. Please select Green clean upon checkout when your booking and your cleaning person will bring supplies at no extra cost.

Does InstaClean bring your own supplies?

Yes, at InstaClean, we provide all the necessary cleaning supplies for your convenience. Our cleaning professionals come fully equipped with a range of high-quality cleaning products, tools, and equipment to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning service. You can rest assured that we have everything needed to clean effectively.

If you have any specific preferences or would like us to use certain cleaning supplies that you provide, please feel free to let us know. We are happy to accommodate your requests and can use any supplies that you leave out for us.


Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests?

Special requests will be honored if they are submitted to Insta Clean prior to appointment. Cleaners are not able to take special requests at the time of the job but are able to follow specific instructions at your request.

What if my building requires a COI?

InstaClean can provide a Certificate of Insurance for commercial buildings. Please email us at least 48-72 hours prior to appointment with a sample COI & any instructions. Our team will work on your request and get back to you shortly after.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept credit/debit cards. Our online payments are handled by stripe. Booking through Insta Clean is safe and secure and we guarantee this.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your scheduled service without a penalty 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. We apply a 50% cancellation fee or rescheduling fee to appointments not cancelled or not rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment for cleanings. All cleaning appointments will be confirmed & charged in full prior to your appointment. Since we reserve this spot especially for you, the fee will be used to pay our cleaners that would otherwise be cleaning for another customer.

If you have a recurring service, you’ll still need to cancel an appointment prior to 24 hours of any particular appointment in order to avoid a 50% cancellation or rescheduling fee.

Appointments are fully confirmed & charged prior to schedule time. Unable to refund if it is within 3 or 5 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy applies universally to all bookings. Changes made after 5pm the day before the scheduled clean and up to two hours before the appointment start time will be subject to a $75 fee per cleaner, with full charges processed if within 2 hours of start time.
